About the Inclusion 1st™ Project

The Inclusion 1^st™ Project is a collaborative exploration of Inclusion created by the questions and discourse of allyship in the Anti-racist Movement. By creating a safe space for honest dialog and examination of our true thoughts and behaviors, we hope that the data gathered via this introspective Q&A format will lead to new modes of learning and new action-oriented tools. We are seeking out insights that will help all allies who are willing to begin to unlearn racism, from the inside out, and build frameworks that put inclusion 1^st, helping people to embark confidently onto their life long journey of anti-racism.
